RETURN OF PRODUCTS
These return policies only apply to online purchases, otherwise you should contact the store where the item was purchased.
You have up to 30 days to familiarize yourself with your purchase! There is even a 30-day return period for products purchased from the online store from the day the order is placed. Return of products purchased from the online store is free**. In the event of a return, the money paid for the product will be returned to your account within up to 14 days.
Preparing the shipment:
Prepare the item for return by placing it in its original box and ensuring it is properly secured for safe transportation. Then wrap the box in a bag or other outer packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It's important that the original packaging remains undamaged and protected from external factors.

Free return via DPD Pickup point:
To return the goods free of charge via the DPD Pickup point, please prepare the package according to the instructions above. Then stick one label with a barcode (which you received with the ordered product) on the package, you keep the other label. If you pack the returned item in the e-shop's plastic bag, be sure to remove the old address sticker from it. Deliver the properly packed shipment to the nearest DPD Pickup point or terminal.
** If you want to return the goods in another way convenient for you, you have to do it at your own expense.
Free return through LP EXPRESS parcel locker:
To return an item free of charge, you can do so via LP EXPRESS or uDrop parcel locker. Once you have prepared the package according to the instructions provided, stick the return label with the barcode (which was included with your order) onto the box. If you're using the online store's packaging, ensure you remove the previous label with your address.
When you arrive at your chosen parcel locker, select the "Send Parcel" function on the screen, then select "Insert Parcel". Print out the dispatch receipt and keep it safe, so we can monitor the parcel's journey. Simply scan the barcode on the return label on your package, place the parcel into the open compartment, and close the door.
If you choose to return the item via another courier, keep hold of the tracking number. If necessary, present it to the seller so that the status and location of the shipment can be checked. The seller will not be responsible for items undelivered or damaged by another courier.
ATTENTION: The returned product must not be worn, damaged or otherwise damaged. The product must still have all tags, labels and original packaging. Therefore, we recommend opening the product packaging carefully.
